Shipping Policy

How much will shipping cost?

All shipping is calculated based upon size, volumetric weight and delivery location. Price will be displayed once you get to checkout page prior to payment being requested.

Will your order be ready to despatch in 24 - 48 hours?

Over 75% of our products are manufactured and ready for despatch in 24 - 48 hours and generally if ordered before 3PM AEST we will despatch next working day of order.

How do you find out how long your order will take to produce?

Production times will vary depending on the size of the order (as it does take a bit longer to manufacture larger quantities). If your order is urgent please email us on info@printandsignco.com.au and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our intention is always to give our customers what they need when they need it.

What do you need to do before we send the order to production?

Nothing! Once you have ordered your signs, we will produce your order and email you with the courier contact info and a tracking reference.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely. Just choose that option when you checkout. We will confirm the signs are ready for pickup once they are completed. Cut off time for pick up is 5PM WAST.
